Weekly Training Summary

Run: 47.5 miles

Bike: ~110 miles (all FTP+ intervals)

Swim: 8000 yards

Running is definitely the name of the game, and I’m really glad the run build is working. Minimal/non-existent pain in the feet. Going to try and get 5 cycling workouts in over the next week, and maybe up the run mileage to 50, depending on how I feel. Have a 5k race slated for next weekend, hopefully I get some legit sub-6:00 miles run in succession…
